AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

That I, HONESTO Y. SESE, widower, of legal age, Filipino, resident

of and with postal address at 23 Branding Iron St., Rancho Estate II,
Marikina City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state, to wit:

That my deceased wife, ALICE FAYE T. MILLA, is the registered

owner of a certain parcel of land, known as Lot No. 11085-L situated in
Barrio of Poblacion East, Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac,
containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE
(7,249) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and embraced under Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 401201 of the Registry of Deeds, Province of Tarlac.

That the above-mentioned parcel of land is NOT TENANTED

That we do not own more than five (5) hectares of landholding

anywhere in the country;

That we are executing this affidavit, this 24TH day of May, 2018 at
Tarlac City.
