Market Feasibility

Noodles are very popular in the Philippines. It is the second staple food of Filipinos. Boiled noodles

are basically served in different flavored soup with many toppings. They are different in broth,

soup flavors, toppings, and more. The taste of noodles mainly depends on the soup, and it

requires skills to make delicious soup. There are so many different ways for noodles soup.

Chicken bone, pork bone, beef bone, seafood broth are used to make soup stock. Vegetables

such as ginger, onion, garlic, or/and mushroom are also added. It is categorized by soup flavors.

No matter what time of day and night, a bowl of noodle soup is never hard to find. Chicken noodle

is a chicken bone based broth. Pork noodle is a pork bone based broth. Beef noodle is a beef

bone based broth accompanied by ginger, garlic, onion, and other extra seasoning. The balanced

tastes of sweet, salty, and spicy are highly contagious. The noodle soup was eaten by Filipino for

breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. The noodle soup relies on a well-made soup stock. Stir-fried

onion, garlic, and ginger is an herbal top note to the soup. The noodles play off the small amount

of meat-thin slices of chicken, thin slices of pork, thin slices of beef, and a small amount of

seafood. Finally, the fresh vegetables garnishes complete the ensemble, usually composed of

carrots, cabbage, green onions, fried garlic, and chili flakes.
