The basic structure for every content:

We’re looking to cover the following topics for every category and this shall remain our basic
structure for that purpose we’re using divorce as an example:

(1) What - This Section shall explain every what about the topic. The definition, in a basic,
explanatory manner. Here, we define the term divorce; Keeping it simple, we explain
who can divorce whom, etc.

(2) Why do you need it? - This section shall explain the reasons why one may need to take
actions against this particular legal issue; Here we list down causes of divorce, while it
might seem that the causes shall depend upon Parties, it is an important section
because a number of people don’t realise that they might be undergoing cruelty,
adultery, etc. and those could be reason enough to file for a divorce.

(3) Types - Every category can be broken down into Types; Divorce can be of several types
depending upon the religion of Parties, manner of solemnization or marriage and state of
parties as well; This portion gets divided into 2 - We accordingly give detailed
information for both, for separate religions too, where required

(4) Procedure to resolve issues - We will specify the basic procedure for every type and
explain the time period herein. We will not be specifying the cost at this point. (range
could be given). We can introduce mediation & settlement here and press upon the
