Apartement Amazana Serpong Residence project is built on an area of 6000.00 m2. The
project location is located on JL. Jelupang Raya No. 75, North Serpong, South Tangerang,
Banten. Apartement Amazana Serpong Residence consists of 13 floors filled with
apartment units and 2 floors filled for commercial and office space. The contract value is
IDR. 73.540.000.000, -. Plates are part of a building element that serves as a foothold.
Plates are made to provide a flat surface which is supported by walls, beams, columns or
slab on ground. The plates are basically planned for the load on top of it by calculation in
accordance with national standards in Indonesia. The 2-way plates with the beam system
are a system in which the plates are supported by blocks on all four sides. The calculation
of the plate is based on the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and also refers to the
Indonesian Concrete Regulation (PBI 1971). According to SNI 2847 - 2013 Section 7.7.1
states the thickness of a concrete blanket for non-prestressed concrete with unrelated
concrete or ground-related concrete such as slab is 20mm. The plates used are plates with
perfect pinned or fully pinned (2-way plates with beam system) so that the moments that
occur on the plate can be calculated using table 13.3.2 PBI 1971. The calculations on the
pedestal and field on the Y axis are D10 - 125 and D10 - 200 with those installed are D10
- 125 and D10 - 200, while the calculations on the axes and the field on the X axis are D10
- 150 and D10 - 200 with those mounted are D10 - 125 and D10 - 200. The final result is
different with those used already installed. One of the factors that causes this to happen is
the used of 25 mm concrete blanket.
