PROJECT TITLE: INSTALLATION OF BLOWER WITH MAINTENANCE PLATFORM FOR HARRIS COOKER
LOCATION : FISH MEAL

SCOPE OF WORKS:

The contractor shall supply labor, materials, consumables, tools, equipment, technical supervision and other related
forms/activities necessary in the completion of the following:

1. Installation of centrifugal fan as per specifications and instructions.

1.1. Centrifugal fan – to be supplied by GTC.
* wheel diameter: 44 ½”
* electric motor: 15 hp, 3ph, 220/440, 60 Hz, 1700-1800 rpm
*** ELECTRICAL WORKS NOT INCLUDED***

2. Supply and install of maintenance platform and monkey ladder as per specifications and instructions.
* all materials should be stainless steel, T304
* attached a drawing of maintenance platform in your quotation

3. Daily housekeeping and general clean up.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PROVISIONS:

1. Use Tig welding for welding works. Use tigkleen to clean the welds.
2. Fabrication and assembly works shall be done in the contractor’s shop. Welding and joinery works shall be of standard
quality and shall be performed by TESDA-certified welders.
3. The contractor shall observe proper safety practices at all times during the entire construction/installation period. All
workers should wear proper PPE.
4. The contractor shall ensure the safety of company’s equipment during the duration of the project.
5. The contractor shall be responsible for the safety of its employees, tools and equipment during the duration of the
project.
6. The contractor shall be responsible for all wastes and garbage disposals in accordance to the plant’s GMP rules and
regulations. The area shall be left cleared and clean after the completion of the project.
7. The contractor shall be required to field out one project engineer/coordinator and one safety officer to supervise the
project at all times.
8. The contractor shall indicate the duration of the project activity.
9. Deadline of submission of quotations shall be on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 28, 2016 at 5:00pm. Late submission shall
be considered disqualified.
