Install the tor exe file present in this folder.

Follow the pics in tor folder for setting up tor browser.

Then click connect on the tor window to connect.
If connection is successful a firefox window will open showing that tor is
connected.
Keep tor connected and firefox windows always open for torrent and google chrome to
work without being restricted by the proxies.

Now install Utorrent exe present in this folder.

Now go to UTorrent folder and follow the settings pics there.

Now go on your google chrome

and download an extension called proxy swichy sharp.
And then enter the tor connection profile in this extension as shown in the pics in
the chrome folder.
Click on save and then keep this proxy selected while browsing internet to browse
any site without proxy restrictions.

P.S. Do remember to keep tor always running in the background for the unrestricted
browsing and torrenting to work.
