can help communicate short-term and long-
term goals with a simple message.

Weebly  Create a website for members by creating an


outline of goals for different grade-levels,
subject, or etc. Later, follow up with
individuals or groups in person or through a
survey.

Ask Questions Well-Formed Outcomes in NLP  Well-formed outcomes is a six-step process.


There are six important questions to ask. It’s
important to be mindful; every question has a
response that will either have an action or
consequence. These six questions will clarify
and define an outcome.

Structured, Silence, and Encourage Participation  It’s essential to provide a structure for the
respondent. For example, providing
background information and explaining the
process. Providing silence for the responded
to process information and collect thoughts.
Encouraging participation allows for
discussion and involvement from the
responded.

Provide Feedback Effective Performance Feedback  The effective performance feedback strategy
strays away from the sandwich feedback. This
strategy will focus on providing a clear
expectation for the respondent and one-step
closer to achieving the common goal.

 Having a transparent and tangible feedback


Tangible and Transparent with the respondent is crucial to providing
feedback and achieving outcome. People need
clear information to keep our eyes on the ball.

 Benefits of exploring specific and behavioral


Focus on Specific Behavior feedback for positive or negative feedback.
This is best illustrated with examples.
