FUNCTION
To ensure building finishes meet required specifications in regards to quality and agreed time scale.
DUTIES
Site Supervisors are responsible to the Site Engineer / Site Architect and support the Site
Engineer / Site Architect's administration of the construction contracts.
The Site Supervisors will monitor the day-to-day activities of the contractors. This includes
ensuring that contractors comply with the plans and specifications, applicable building codes,
good workmanship, and the QC/HSE requirements of the contract. As part of this effort, Site
Supervisors will:
Supervision and monitor the day-to day activities of the Contractor
Participate in four-phase inspection as described in the QA/QC Manuals and HSE Plan;
Conduct independent inspection to verify the quality of the work;
Conduct inspection for testing work and review test and inspection reports
Ensure that the required documentation is submitted and verify that the documents
contain adequate provisions for quality
Verify the collection, collation and filling for quality records
Advise the Site Architect/Site Engineer and Construction Manager for any corrective
and preventive actions required and advise him for any action for improving the quality
plan and quality of the Works
The Site Supervisors must be alert to detecting, recording, and reporting any deviation from
the contract documents, including reporting any deficient item to the Site Engineer / Site
Architect, the contractor's superintendent, and/or other representative. The Site Supervisors
must keep accurate and detailed records of the contractor's performance and progress,
delivery of materials, and other pertinent matters, including the daily inspection report.

POSITION SPECIFICATION
Qualifications : Supervision or Design Certificates – Grade II or III as per Decree 59/CP 2015 in
respective supervision aspects.
