accumulated leave is not taken the following year, it shall be

For specific purpose that has been approved earlier in writing
by Company, an employee may accumulate his annual leave
for a maximum of 7 days per calendar year for 3 consecutive
years. If such accumulated leaves are not taken during the
following calendar year, that is the 4th year, they shall
automatically be forfeited.

Difference between the minimum starting salary of the


employee in the lower job grade and the minimum starting
salary of the higher job grade in which he is acting

RM2,000.00 for an employee's funeral expenses

RM500.00 advance for celebration, 2 weeks before


celebration date, and repayments from salary shall be made
by deductions of RM100.00 for the first month after the

Clerical Staff - 1 round collared t-shirt and 1 collared t-short

Normal working hours overtime = 1 1/2 of the normal hourly


rate pay
In case of emergency an employee who works overtime for 8
hours or more shall be given one day off with pay on the
following day
Rest day working hours overtime = additional one time sallary
at the normal rate of pay for one day's work and three times
salary at the normal rate of pay for overtime on that day
Public Holiday working hours overtime = double salary at the
normal rate of pay for one day's work in addition and 4 1/2
times at normal rate of pay for work overtime after his normal
hours on any public holiday
