Finals. Ashutosh Sahu, Ashutosh Pattnaik, Abhisikta Mishra and Jyoti Ranjan Sahoo will represent Biju
Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela at the 9th annual Hult Prize Regional Final in Melbourne,
Australia. The Hult Prize is the world’s largest student competition for social good, each year welcoming
college and university students from all over the world to compete and show their talents.

This year, the Hult Prize is challenging students to create innovative businesses to harness the power of
energy to transform the lives of 10 million people. Thousands of students from more than 150 countries have
applied, and we have selected the top teams to compete in the regional competitions. These will take place
on March 9-10, 2018, across 15 global cities: Boston, San Francisco, London, Dubai, Shanghai, Toronto,
Mexico City, Quito, Tunis, Cairo, Nairobi, Lagos, Melbourne, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur.

The Regional Final is a great opportunity to meet like-minded social entrepreneurs from around the world,
and to bring that experience back to their country, campus, and community.
