In the semester examination being conducted by the AKTU formerly known as uttar pradesh

technical university a student of druvacharya college of engineering (name changed) got caught
cheating by the invigilator in the main examination. The criminal minded jatin maurya, who is known
to hate hard work decided to cheat when he just started to prepare for the design of concrete also
known as DOC examination just two days prior to the main semester examination. he very well knew
that he did not have sufficient time to complete that large syllabus so he decided to go for cheating.

When his friend Rahul(name changed) was asked on this matter he told that " jatin went for group
study in his friends PG where one of the guy pointed out that cheat papers can be easily be kept
inside the IS CODE manual which is allowed for the civil engineering students to take into the
examination hall. so, jatin decided to act on this and he xeroxed many pages of the main text book
and kept it and attached it inside the main IS code so that it could look normal.".

When jatin maurya also known as jitendra kumar maurya who belongs to bharaich region of uttar
pradesh got caught cheating, he tried to act innocent and told the invigilators that it was the fault of
the xerox guy whom he had got his IS code from. But the authorities made him fill the prescribed
form for the cheating and he was given a fresh paper to rewrite all the answers.

As a disciplinary action all of his six papers of that semester got zero marks for cheating in the DOC
examination. When jitu also known as jatin maurya was asked abut this, he happily said " he does
not care because he is not going to inform his family members about this incident and he will fill the
carry over forms and clear the remaining subjects by simply studying exam guides."

So, we can clearly see that the action by AKTU was insufficient to change the mindset of jatin maurya
also known as jitendra kumar maurya. He should have been at least barred for appearing in any
examination for next 2 years because the intent to cheat was way too high and his criminal mindset
can be known by the fact that he bought cheat by xeroxing them into the IS codes. this is not an
innocent simple act of cheating , this is absolutely criminal. athorities should have thought about the
those meritorious students who study day and night while these losers use some cheap criminal
tricks to score marks and make the society unfair.

When talked to some of his classmates , they told that jitendra kumar maurya is a sex addict, he has
even masturbated in the classroom which was witnessed by his friend alok and saurav. he is known
to have sexual relationship with many women including those from his own family.

when talked to his batch mates, they said, jitendra kumar maurya was never into studies all he did
was to smoke cigrates, drink alcohol and eve tease girls. He has also molested many girls. He is
known to have shown to his friends a MMS clip of him with his ex - girlfriend". so the athorities
should have contacted his batch mates and should have judged his character before giving him the
punihment.

Jitendra Kumar maurya also known as Jatin maurya or jitu by his friend has been caught in a sex
scandal in which it has been found that he, who is a 24 year civil engineering graduate from
Dronacharya college of engineering, greater Noida was having an incestuous relationship with his
married sister who lives in greater Noida. The video of the incident was recorded by the culprit jatin
maurya who thought to keep it as a part of his video collection. Jatin maurya has a playboy image in
his college days. He in his past has had physical relationship with numerous female relatives,
neighbours and his sexual addiction didn’t stop him from having an affair with his friends Ravi sister
and wife.
He confessed that he was having sexual relationship with some of his female relatives and he found
it quite exciting. The more was the chances of getting caught more he was excited for that
relationship. He even went to his friends Ravi house ,who, is also his distant relative and had sexual
intercourse with ravi’s sister. He called it a conquest and even went further to have sex with the
newly married wife of Ravi. He was so mentally sick that he expressed his desire to have physical
relationship with his cousin brother Amit maurya’s newly married wife.

Talking about his past, he disliked studies from his childhood and acted like a goon and bully even in
his school days. He used to eve tease and molest girls from the very childhood and thought it as a
fun game which he took pride in being champion. According to his friends, when he joined college he
used to show him own MMS with his ex-girl friends to tell them that he was a playboy. He was even
caught cheating in the main semester examination due to which he was failed in all six subjects of
that particular semester, but this didn’t affect jatin maurya. He continued to cheat further, now
being more careful and cautious. The extent of his madness can be guessed from the fact that he has
olested numerous girls in his own locality and also in the Delhi Ncr region.

One of his close friends Rahul (name changed) told us that he was obsessed with few things like his
own caste, family, food preferences, religion, smoking etc. According to his friend Jatin maurya was
suffering from mental sickness and all he could think was about the issues which would downgrade
the society but the amusing part was the fact that he(jitu) found these things quite funny. He told us
some examples which we are going to point out so that you can better understand his character.

Jatin maurya, a chain smoker and an alcohol fanatic lived a life at the cost of others. He did not have
a formal job, he was just a college student but he did had some source of income which was through
betting during IPL matches.

Jatin maurya was crazy about his caste, He supported caste system and even the caste based
discrimination. He proudly admitted that he does not like to touch schedule tribes/caste people
except his childhood friend Tony whom he cared very much therefore created an exception. His
extent of caste preference can be determined from the fact that he preferred to have sexual
relationship with girls from his own caste. He wanted to follow the custom of his family of marrying
within the caste. Overall his behaviour can be termed as extremely casteist and it was reflected in his
day to day life, sexual behaviour, ideology, political thinking.

Thus, you can truly judge the character of such person and personally I feel that there should be no
place for such persons in a civilized society. He should be punished as per the law of land and should
be made an example of so that no other person should commit such hideous acts. The video of him
