Narrative The above listed subject was issued five Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed a vehicle traveling South on Market Street, driving over the
hazard markings. The vehicle then failed to signal at least 100 feet before turning right
onto Elderkin Street. A traffic stop was initiated on Elderkin Street; patrols detected the
odor of consumed alcohol coming from the above listed subject. Saxby was asked to
complete a series of roadside sobriety tests, which she failed. Saxby did not provide a
roadside breath sample when asked to do so. Saxby was transported to Potsdam Police
Department for processing. During processing Saxby provided a breath sample, which
determined her BAC to be .16%.
