Check the foundation for size, levels, as per approved

Confirm that all pumps are as per submittal and approval

Check the pumps for any visible damages during handling.

All the handling shall be as per manufacturer’s

recommendations.

Approved spring isolators are kept under the inertia base as

4 per the approved shop drawings.

Ensure the pumps are installed in level.

Check the alignment of the pump with motor

Check the CHW supply and return headers and condenser

7 piping connections.

Ensure that all relevant valves i.e. NRV/DRV strainer, gate

valves and flexible connections are as per approved

schematic shop drawings.

Check the rotation of motor/impeller

9

Ensure that all piping connections to pumps are completed

10 and bolts are tightened.

11 Ensure that pumps are having easy and safe maintenance

access including all operational valves/strainers etc.

Safety guard is mounted on coupling.

Rotation of pump is marked and visible.

All the pressure and temperature indicating gauges are

Check and replace lubrication oil for bearing prior to trial

16 runs and cooling water circuits are completed.

Confirm the internal cleaning of piping system prior to

17 connection with pump.
