Janah – A Millenial Princess and More…Kaya Na!

Millennials, known to be electronics-driven and socially networked, have been raised in the
“follow your dreams” mantra clothed with a lot of confidence and bound for success.

This Princess called Janah Zaplan is just that – a millennial and so much more.

In her recently concluded launch concert, aptly titled “Kaya Ko ‘To!,” Janah is catching up with
her stars and fulfilling a dream of entertaining people her age and ended up giving fun to those
from different gens. Boy, you’ll really root for more!

Janah opened the show with her version of Beyonce’s Crazy in Love and End of Time and the
audience started to go crazy and have fun. Next, 15-year old as she is, she gave a medley of Dua
Lippa songs and the young joined in, singing and dancing with her.

The Princess has to have time to catch her breath so one of her special guests, Jeremiah, took over.
Nanghihinayang brought so much memories for those who loved, lost and…went to a concert.
Jeremiah was one great treat for the 90’s audience.

Then she’s back! This time, Janah sang her own song Di Ko Na Kaya, followed by Tadhana,
Sundo, Kisapmata and Alon ng Puso which is a Junior Custodio original composition. After her
songs, she then went on to wow the more seasoned people from the audience by doing her rendition
of Two Less Lonely People and With a Smile. Really, this girl is multi-generation princess!

As if this is not enough, in came Bugoy Carillo with his all-male dance group for an evolution of
dance production number. Our millennial princess can’t be put down on this and with her own girl
group gyrated with Bugoy onstage making the audience get up and dance, too.

It is truly unbelievable that it was time to do an encore as the show was really fast-paced and there
really was no dull moment. Janah Zaplan, a multi-talented, multi-faceted and multi-generation
artist who will never feel “Di Ko Na Kaya” again and will always feel blessed with the love and
support she have from family and now, a significant following who just think they can’t get enough
of the Millennial Princess named Janah Zaplan…
