C. Descriptive definition of the subject

Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, we've stopped playing. When we cut
out some leisure time, we are more likely to zone out in front of the TV or computer
than engage in fun. Just because we're adults, that doesn't mean we have to take
ourselves so seriously and work all the time. We all need to play. A play will boost
productivity and innovation. It increases energy and creativity that helps you see
problems in new ways. A fun playground will help the community to be better. And a
better community is a better environment for people.

Major Assumptions and Summary of the Findings and Conclusion

1.1 Market Feasibility

There is a market opportunity in malls like SM Sta. Mesa to service young adults ages
16-26. The play park will offer them indoor exercises and a recreation facility. A survey
shows that Filipinos are most stressed-out in Asia, that is why we thought of this play
park in order to help teen to distress through playing like a kid.
There are ways to greatly reduce our cost such as buying your play equipment directly
from the manufacturer. The other major costs are rent and labor. The business will only
advertise through social media and word-of-mouth advertising.

The price of tickets for our play park is P250 for 2 hours and for students who have a
valid school ID would have a discount of P50, which means they have to pay P200 for 2
hours of stay in the play park, with the access to all amenities in the play park. If a
customer celebrates his/her birthday he/she gets a free ticket to play for 2 hours in the
play park, provided that he/she is with 2 full paying company
Competitors cannot be found around the vicinity. We can only find kids play park around
the vicinity. But our business offers play park to young adults who wants to enjoy and
play like a kid once again.
1.2 Technical Feasibility
Inside out is an arts, entertainment and recreation business which is aligned in giving
service and accommodation to its customers. The playing materials and equipment will
be arranged on their respective areas based on activities offered. The Inside Out is
located at Ubelt which is available and accessible to its target market. The establishment
will be a 100sqm rectangular room. Different facilities such as comfort room, locker room,
guest entrance and payment area will also be provided inside the premises for the guest
and staffs. The different equipment, supplies, and utilities are all presented in this
feasibility.
1.3Financial Feasibility
Financial feasibility is a study on whether a project is attainable after taking into
consideration its total costs and probable revenues. If the revenues cover the costs of the
project, then the project is visible. A business's financial statements are important tools
on this study because it provide financial informations and help the investors and creditors
in evaluating the business's financial performance.
The management can communicate with interested outside parties about its
accomplishment in running the business by publishing financial statements. Different
financial statements on different areas of financial performance were shown in the
feasibility.

1.4 Socio-Economic Feasibility

In socio-economic feasibility, the relationship between social and economic factors within
a society are discussed. The benefits received and obtained by the employees,
government, and customers are also shown. The study will also include the impacts of
the business and the contribution to the development of the Philippine economy.
1.6 Management and Organization Feasibility

The business is a partnership type of enterprise where there are 8 partners, the 8
partners will both be managing partners and capital partners. The partners will also be
employees, 3 of them will be in charge of the entrance of the customers and 5 of them
will be staffs inside the play park. The business will also employ a nurse for situations
like accidents. And will employ 4 additional people for the maintenance and cleanliness
of the play park.
Compensation and benefits that the employees will receive is according to the
standards set by the Labor Code of the Philippines. Furthermore, seminars and training
will be provided by the business to its employees prior to the business operations. The
general policies of the business are also included in this feasibility.
