Part 1: Introduction to the Organization


1. Organization type:
Laxmipur Student Welfare Association - "Jhinuk" is a complete non-political social educational association.
2. Organization's logo details:
We have a rounded circular shape surrounded by 4 hands. Of which there is a river and a tree symbol. The river is "Chitra" which runs along our village and the tree is used as a symbol of the
traditional bot of hundred-year witness. The bonds of circular hands have shown our ties of harmony, harmony and brotherhood.
3. Objectives and objectives of the organization:
(A) To help create the environment for development of the underlying potential qualities of current students of Lakshipur and Laxmipur, and to play their role in building their moral values,
patriotism and social responsibility and creating them as good citizens.
(B) Organizing programs, debates, quizzes, sports, cultural events, free information services and awareness programs for the purpose of creating creative, social people and good citizens.
(C) All the people of Laxmipur, including all students of all classes, will be provided with the utmost support / danger. Ensure guidelines for admission candidates in particular.
(D) Giving resentment to any development oriented and creative work of the people of the area.

Part 2 : Membership relate


4. Membership:
(A) All students of Lakshipur village who are studying in at least eleven students, will be eligible to become a member subject to the other conditions of the organization.
(B) Must be a member of the completed form.
(C) A member can be a religion, but can not be free or atheist.
(D) The age limit for members will be 16 to 30.

(E) Students who have lost their hopes of a job or a newly employed student can become a member of Rao organization. But the decision of the executive council will be considered as final.
5. Canceled member post:
(A) Any member of the organization against the constitution of the organization or organization will prove that his membership will be canceled.
(B) The membership of the person related to the interests of the organization can be canceled and the loss of the person related to the financial loss.
(C) In all cases the decision of the unanimous / majority of the executive council will be considered final.
6. Must be in the office:

(C) Advisory Council: All members of the senior batch (out of the present committee) from the respected members of the establishment period will be included in the Advisory Council on the
basis of protocol.

(D) Effective Advisory Council: By applying the newly-appointed presidency as ex officio, the members of the Advisory Council will nominate the maximum 6 persons from among themselves
for the Executive Advisory Council, who will act as a bridge between the working council and the advisory council.
(E) The President of the Executive Council must take decision with the members of the Executive Advisory Council.

10. Power and responsibilities of the members of the executive council:
(A) President: He will be the constitutional head of the organization. He will preside over all the meetings and the full power of conducting the meeting will be entrusted to him. He will also
chair the General Assembly meeting. In special emergency, he can call if the general secretary does not call the meeting within a specified time. The chairman can approve the budget for the
cost of meeting.
(B) Vice President: Vice President, will help the President in various ways, in the absence of him, he will be succeeded by the chairmanship of his office. Vice President, will
assist the President. Whoever nominates from the Executive Advisory Council will be the President of the two absentees.
(C) General Secretary: In consultation with the President, he will convene all the meetings of the organization and take the system of recording the proceedings of the meeting. The responsibility
of preserving the interests of the organization and administrative responsibility will be entrusted to him and he will also have to perform other responsibilities conferred by the executive council.
The organization's documents and assets will be under his supervision and he will be a registered register. The president will be the signature. He will prepare the proceedings of the year and
after approval in the executive council, it will present it at the annual general meeting.
(D) Joint general secretary: Joint general secretary (in sequential order) will be given full support to the responsibility of the general secretary, and joint secretary general will perform all his
duties and responsibilities in absence or absence of general secretary.
(E) Organizational Secretary: All the organizational programs of the organization will play a leading role in arangement.
(F) Assistant Organizing Secretary: Cooperative Secretary will cooperate with utmost care and will take responsibility for his absence.
(G) Treasurer / Finance Secretary: He will maintain the organization's fund and arrange annual audit. Annual meeting of the executive council and organization will present the audited annual
income - expenditure audit.
(H) Assistant Treasurer / Finance Secretary: To assist the Finance Secretary and to take responsibility for his absence.
(I) Office of the Secretary: He shall collect and store all other documents related to the organization, sealed documents, padas and other official materials. We will arrange to
send the notice of the organization, correspondence and documents in the right time. And any other duty given by the executive committee will also be compulsory.
(J) Education Editor: It is considered as an important part of the organization, because it is an educational organization. The Education Secretary will collect and store detailed information about
all the students of the village. And in the annual meeting it will present it in the report. A student will arrange reception and financial support, and vice versa president and general secretary will
help him. Organize contacts with student students.
And provide all the guidelines for admission test. Provide comprehensive support to the admission testers.
(K) Assistant Secretary, including the Education Secretary, including the Secretary-General, will be able to assist the Education Secretary.

(L) Health Editor: Keep an important role in ensuring the health of all students and general public in the village. The helpless poor people will be advised to get treatment at a low cost. However,
as a health secretary, medical students will always get priority. In this case, any conditions are eligible to be eligible.
(M) Publicity, Publications and Public Relations Editor: According to the instructions of the President / General Secretary and according to the committee's decision, to promote and spread the
activities of the organization, communicate with various stakeholders, donor groups and various online-offline campaigns. Besides, the annual publication / publication of suvene / magazine
publication etc. will also be done.
(N) Stipend Related Secretary: On the advice of the Secretary of the Education, the poor and the indigenous students or the misery will be able to cooperate with the help of helpless people and
to maintain life and property.
(O) Sports Secretary: Take all the arrangements for organizing sports programs.
(P) Assistant sports secretary: The Sports Secretary will be able to cooperate with utmost care and will take responsibility for his absence.
(Q) Cultural Secretary: Take all the arrangements for organizing cultural programs.
(R) Members: The President will take part in all the activities of the organization, according to the advice and order and according to the decision of the effective committee. Members will give
their opinion on taking decisions in all the matters present in the meeting of the organization's executive and general council. In order to implement the dynamic and adopted activities of the
organization, the executive council will try to perform any duties entrusted to them.

Part 4 : Meeting and Eelection


11. Meeting Details:
(A) Annual General Meeting: The meeting will be held at Laxmipur College ground on Eid-ul-Fitrar's holiday every year. General Secretary will call the special general meeting annually on an
emergency notice with the approval of the President. The Executive Council and Effective Advisory Council will be formed in this meeting.
(B) Executive Council meeting: In consultation with the General Secretary, the President will determine the schedule, date, time and place of the meeting. At least 5 (five) days before the meeting,
the general secretary will call the meeting of the council any time by giving notice.
(C) General Meeting: Time and opportunity will be held in general meeting. General Secretary will be meeting the meeting.
12. Executive Council Election:
(A) A temporary election committee will be constituted under the supervision of the Executive Advisory Council and the President and General Secretary will be elected by the direct vote of the
members.
(B) The President and the General Secretary will announce the completion committee in consultation with the effective Advisory Council.
(C) Any Member shall be entitled to President and General Secretary post.
(D) One member will also get nomination for president and general secretary post. However, if the same person wins the two posts, the person's preferred position will be given to him. And for
the second position the second person will be automatically selected.
(E) The election process must be transparent, and it must be through the ballot.
(F) If there is more than one candidate against any position, he will be elected without a vote, but if the executive council wants, he will nominate any member as a candidate. And those members
are bound to accept it.
Part 5 : amendment constitution
13. Correcting the constitution:
(A) Effective Advisory Council for correcting, summarizing, or revising any section mentioned in the Constitution will show the reason for the candidates to vote for yes / no votes.
(B) In the special situation, the Executive Advisory Council reserves the right to amend and add to any section of the constitution temporarily.
