ADMISSIONS: 2018-19

Nirma Vidyavihar - CHHARODI [affiliated to CBSE] and Nirma Vidyavihar - Bodakdev [applied for CBSE] - are two distinct
schooling initiatives, functioning under the aegis of Nirma Education & Research Foundation.

Nirma Vidyavihar - Chharodi is a CBSE-affiliated school for Pre-primary to Class XII, located on S G Highway, Chharodi,
Ahmedabad; whereas Nirma Vidyavihar –Bodakdev, presently affiliated to Gujarat State Board [and applied for CBSE] has up to
Class 5, and later to grow as full-scale school. We are happy to announce Admissions – 2018-19:

 Application Forms are available during 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days.
 Form Fee is Rs. 200/- per Application Form

Please read the following information carefully:

For Jr & Sr KG: 2018-19

 The Date of Birth for Jr KG Admission should be on OR before June 01, 2014. NO RELAXATION
ALLOWED IN AGE CUT-OFF CRITERIA.
For other Classes: 2018-19
 Admissions will be given only if vacancy is available. Good academic performance in past is pre-requisite.

 Grant of admission is at the sole discretion of School Management.

 Both Schools are functioning independently, and transfer from one campus to another campus is not
permissible.
 The opportunity for interaction will be provided to all the applicants prior to Admission, to enable the parents
to understand the school and its’ values better, and also facilitates School to verify the details provided in the
Application Form. This interaction does not have any bearing on Admission process.
 Any reference for Admission will be considered as undesirable act.

The Fee structure* for new admissions: 2018 [common for both Schools] is as below:
a) Annual Fees:
For Jr KG: Rs. 73,000/- p.a. – in four quarterly installments
For Sr KG & onwards: Rs. 72,000/- p.a. – in four quarterly installments
b) Subscription / Worksheet Fees:
Rs. 2,000/- p.a. up to Class V – with the first installment
Rs. 2,500/- p.a. Class VI onwards – with the first installment
c) Activity Advance: Rs. 1,000/- p.a. – with the first installment
[adjustable]
d) These fees are excluding Transport, Uniform & Study Materials
There is NO ADMISSION FEE at NIRMA VIDYAVIHAR

*Govt. of Gujarat has enacted Gujarat Self-Financed Schools [Regulation of fees] Act, 2017, under
which a Fee Regulatory Committee is set-up. Currently, the matter is subjudiced. The Annual Fees
would be finally decided based on the outcome of the proceedings of the Hon’ble Court/s.

Till the finality of the proceedings, the School will only be collecting the prescribed annual fees for 2016-
17 for 2018-19 session. The fees for 2016-17 was as follows:
 Rs. 70,000/- for Jr KG; and Rs. 69,000/- for other classes; Rs. 2000/- or Rs. 2500/- as Subscription
Fees [as per the Class] and Rs. 1000/- as Activity Advance
Once the Fees are finally decided, the adjustment, if any, will be made in the balance installments.
