THE GERMAN MANAGEMENT TEAM
Hans-Peter Machwürth – Founder and President

Having worked in a Sales Director‘s position for over ten years, Hans-Peter knows what
is required, to keep the performance of organizations and sales teams at highest level.
Whilst Hans-Peter was working for an international organization that was mainly being involved
in business in Asia, he was also strongly involved in the training and the development of sales
people and sales managers.
In 1989 he founded his own consulting company, Machwürth Team GmbH. International
clients value Hans Peters expertise and his knowledge in guiding them through complex
change processes and leading them through higher performance, as well the competency of
his team of consultants and the supporting staff.
Sabine Machwürth – Vice President and General Manager

Sabine was assistant of the managing director in a Danish trading company. Since 1993
she has been leading the MACHWÜRTH TEAM together with Hans-Peter.
As a consultant she has worked in numerous sales projects since 1990 focussing more and more on
accompanying the management towards their defined goals. She has lead and implemented successfully,
projects to improve
the management quality in numerous international organizations.
Her current job as a consultant is to help organizations develop their core competencies and implement
consulting concepts for the strategic development of their management qualities.
