certain patrol car was already damaged, which was parked outside in front of Police Station 1,
Sikatuna St,Cebu City, Philippines;

Engine No. 4N15UCB0891, Chassis No.: MMBGJKR10HH030989, Body No. : J – 58,
3. That a certain REY CATIGAN , witnessed the incident and saw that a certain white Van with
Plate No. WEI 666 hit the aboved-mentioned vehicle;
4. That on April 9, 2018 a certain person appeared to the office of the Traffic Patrol Group,
PNP;
5. That the said person was LING XU, 27 years old, married and a Chinese national and she is
the registered owner and a driver of the TOYOTA ALPHARD VAN with Plate No. WEI 666,
CR No. 232673044;
6. That according to her, she did not aware that she hit the Police Patrol car, on the said date, but
nevertheless, she shouldered all the repair costs of the Patrol Car amounting P43,859.31;
7. That I realized it was purely accidental in nature and does not warrant conviction, thus, in
behalf of the Police Station 1, PNP, I am no longer interested to pursue a case against LING XU;
8. In view of the foregoing, I hereby confess, declare and manifest my ABSOLUTE LACK OF
INTEREST and PERMANENT DESISTANCE from filing any suit, whether criminal, civil or
