Referring to the above matter, I, Abdul Muiz bin Mohd Zaki, with ID number 206170107
from BTHM3013 Thermodynamics course, class BMT4A was unable to attend the two
previous classes on first week of lecture, 31st May and 1st July 2018.

2. The reason that I cannot attend the classes is because I had a problem regarding my
registration that week. I can’t register due to outstanding fees so I had to wait for approval
from Registrar.

3. Therefore, I would like to seek for apology for not attending the class. I hope you can
consider my absenteeism. Thank you.
