AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

I, SERGIO BENEDICTO GACUSAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen,

married and a resident of Barangay Nagmisaan, Paniqui, Tarlac, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the TRANSFEREE of a parcel of land located at Barrio of

Nagmisaan, Municipality of Paniqui, Province of Tarlac, with an area
of TWO THOUSAND FIFTY NINE (2,059) square meters, more or less,
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 03865 Emancipation Patent
No. A-141715;

2. That aside from the above-mentioned parcel of land, I do not own any
agricultural land in Paniqui, Tarlac or anywhere in the Philippines;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it may legally
serve;
