Mode of Payment :
The Contractor shall be paid sum for
reimbursement of actual cost on submission of
the relevant documents acceptable to the
Engineer plus 5% of the actual cost of Note
obtaining the Insurance Policies and Securities
for items. 1A/1, 1A/2 and 1A/3.
The Contractor shall be paid sum quoted on

satisfactory completion for items 1A/5 and Note
1A/14.
The Contractor shall be paid 60% of the sum

quoted on satisfactory completion of
temporary buildings or structures, 30% in
equal installments over the contract period and
balance 10% on dismantling and removal on Note
completion for items 1A/4, 1A/7, 1A/8, 1A/9,
and 1A/23.
Mode of payment to be mutually agreed

between Contractor and the Employer at the
commencement of the Contract in relation to

the programme of work for items 1A/11.
The Contractor shall be paid in equal

installments over the items 1A/6, 1A/10,

Note
All Bidders are advised to visit the site and

make careful study of all existing conditions
and the nature and extent of work to be done
under this contract as no extras will be
allowed on the pleace of want of information
due to negligence on their part. Permissions
from the Employer shall be sought prior to
such visits.Those visits all not to be
impediments day to day normal works of site
premises.
Note
All demolished materials, except those

required to be stacked shall be carted away
during the demolition operation without any
disturbance to office Works and it is
prohibited to stack them in external area as
helping to breed mosquitos.Rates should be
included releant transport charges for
