 Created plans for Fall RA training in conjunction with staff and administration that showcase and develop RA’s
understanding of the student development theory the new residential curriculum is based upon.
 Formatted and standardized the residential curriculum at Purchase College that allows for programming to be
more intentional in meeting student needs and impactful. Student development theories used: Kolb, Boyer, and
Yosso.
 Designed StrenghtsQuest roster for the entire department of Community Engagement, created StrenghtsQuest
presentations for and with new student orientation.

 Provided 10 minutes appointments named Time for Tens and Career Lab to students that went over resume and
interview questions for students to utilize in their job search and career planning.
 Facilitated the use of the Division of Student Services for data file myself and a student worker, which shows the
effectiveness and expanse of outreach programs at Grand Valley State University.
 Planned and executed the Grand Valley Graduate School Fair for roughly 200+ students to research and make
