GUIDELINE FOR AUTHORS

How to submit?
Authors are required to submit manuscripts either through journal online process or as an e-mail attachment to submission@ierj.in

Initial submission
Prepare the text in Microso Word format. Submit the manuscript by sending us an as an e-mail attachment to submission@ierj.in
and include the following information:

Additionally, please stick to the formal requirements presented below; especially concerning citation and graphics. Manuscripts
disregarding the guidelines totally may be returned for revision prior to any reviewing activity.

Organization of the manuscript


ese guidelines for research papers are exible, especially for case studies. Manuscript is to be arranged in the following order:

4. Abstract

7. Introduction
8. Materials and Methods

10. Discussion
11. Conclusion

To structure your manuscript, please try to restrict yourself to a maximum of three levels of headlines.

Title page:
e title, name(s) of the author(s) and affiliations and mailing address, an asterisk (*) should be added to the right of the correspond-
ing author's name. When there are two or more authors and they belong to more than one affiliation, his or her affiliation should be
indicated by superscripts 1, 2, 3 … placed aer each author's name and before each affiliation.

Abstract:
Articles must include an Abstract of 250 words. e abstract should state brie y the purpose of the research, the principal results and
major conclusions. Abstract should not repeat the information which is already present in the title. References should be avoided.

Keywords:
Immediately aer the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 key words.
Introduction
e Introduction presents the purpose of the studies and relationship to previouswork in the eld. It is not required to incorporate an
extensive review of the literature. Use only recent references and provide the most salient information to allow the readers to under-
stand and evaluate the purpose and results of the present study.

Materials and Methods:


e Materials and Methods section should be brief and concise with sufficient technical information. Only new methods should be
described in detail. Cite previously published procedures in References.

Results:
e Results section should include the rationale or design, optimization, validation of the experiments as well as the results of the
experiments.

Discussion:
Discussion section should focus on the interpretation of the results with proper justi cation. e Results and Discussion sections may
be combined into one section.

Conclusion:
Concisely summarizes the principal conclusions of the work and highlights the wider implications. is section should not merely
duplicate the abstract.

References and footnotes:


Maximum 35 and 75 references for original research paper/case study and review papers, respectively.

Citation in text:
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Citations in the text contain only
authors' names and year of publication (Author, Year) [e.g. (Leker, 2001), (Bröring and Leker, 2006) or (Bröring et al., 2006) when
three or more authors].

Full references have to be included at the end of the paper in alphabetical order using the following style:

Journal names may be abbreviated according to Chemical Abstracts. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of the references.

Tables and gures:


Tables must have titles and sufficient empirical detail in a legend immediately following the title to be understandable without
reference to the text. Each column in a table must have a heading, and abbreviations, when necessary, should be de ned in the legend.
Please number the tables.

Figures should have titles and explanatory legends containing sufficient detail to make the gure easily understood.

Appropriately sized numbers, letters, and symbols should be used. e abscissa and ordinate should be clearly labeled with
appropriately sized type.

Publication:
e Executive Editor responsible for your submission might ask you to change the format of your les in order to publish it. If the
manuscript does not ful ll the formal requirements, the paper might be denied publication. Errors in a published paper will be
corrected in the Journal of Business Administration in "Additions and Corrections".

Ethics:
International Education and Research Journal insists on ethical practices in both human and animal experiments. Evidence for
approval by a local Ethics Committee must be supplied by the authors on demand. Animal experimental procedures should be as
humane as possible and the details of anaesthetics analgesics used should be clearly stated. e ethical standards of experiments must
be in accordance with the guidelines provided by the regulatory agencies of the respective country of authors. e journal will not
consider any paper which is ethically A statement on ethics committee permission and ethical practices be included in all research
articles under the ‘Materials and Methods’ section. Authors must be careful when they reproduce text, tables or illustrations from
other sources. Plagiarism will be viewed seriously.
