INDIVIDUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

I attended the four-day seminar entitled “Conduct of a Four-Day Roll-Out for Continuous
Improvement as stipulated in Division Memorandum No. 197, s. 2018 with Division No. 36, s. 2018 for
Corrigendum to Division Memorandum No. 197, s. 2018. I learned the steps of the Continuous
Improvement and how to implement the said program in our school. I actively participated in all
sessions and listened attentively.
