Duties and Responsibilities:

 Participate in Clients Central Safety Committees and function in liaise with both client and contractor to
maintain the approved standards.

 Organize proper training programs and approve schedules based on the identified training needs.

 Chair various Internal Safety Meetings with different departments in coordination with the company
Management team for problem solving & sharing insights of newly gained information’s of recently happened
incidents in diverse Oil & Gas projects.

 Handling audits and monitor performance of HSE controllers.

 Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of
preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency
response improvements;

 Investigation of any near miss, incident or accident happened and analyzes root cause of accident and making
proper corrective action recommendation and reports to QHSE Manager.
 Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly, HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE
performance

 Training personnel’s prior to Clients induction training.
