Well, as the writing of essays where all history lines are being checked and verified by Vedic Astrology-Jyotish
is progressing, and as it takes some momentum, I think it is better to slow down a little bit. For this hot
summer, maybe it is better not to be very long. Some short stories would be much more appropriate for these
hot days. As we by our Time Machine can move wherever we want, I would suggest we go back to Vedic India
for a while, just to see if we may be missed something there. Perhaps there we find some themes that still
deserve our full attention.

The introduction of any text, writings, essay, or novel, usually is devoted to the story that follows in a
continuation. So far, I was trying to follow that scheme firmly and fairly. Along with this essay, we shall follow
that principle as well, but in some modified way. I mean, it will be the same, but at the same time, it will not be
the same. Better to say, not entirely the same, because we shall leave aside so far well-established scheme of
introduction, plus Good and Evil chapter, plus the main topic, plus some conclusion. We leave such kind of
exposure aside for a while, and we simply synthesize all that together. Instead, this time we just jump to one
very interesting and very peculiar situation. Indeed, all my topics and themes are interconnected strongly and
deeply, therefore, it is hard to define where one is finishing and another is just about to start. After all, this is
the main theme of the Vedic History itself … everything is so incredibly interwoven.

This essay I want to devote to one extraordinary Guru and Rishi, who lived a long time ago, before some five
thousand years, let's say so. I started to write this essay just as Guru Purnima of 2018. is approaching and
coming close. In fact, the mentioned Guru Purnima is going to happen just in about five days, on July 27. Of
course, when this essay will be circulating, that will be considered as a past tense. Nevertheless, that does not
matter much. Guru Purnima is such an extraordinary event that the celebrative atmosphere and appropriate
good mood can start a few weeks before, and can be extended for a few weeks afterward. After all, even today
in India, every such big Vedic celebration or festival like for example Guru Purnima, or the Diwali-the festival of
light, well, they all last for about one month. The reason for exposing this story is very appropriate indeed.
Because, the character I want to expose and say something about, was probably very important in deciding
about … the Guru Purnima … itself. Therefore, considering all these elements, what would be more appropriate
than to abandon the classical scheme of writing the essay, and to cover that story entirely? Right now,
immediately.

There are possibly some other reasons for doing so. First of all, as we are discussing now some very important
events and historical figures just on the very sensitive threshold point when Vedic Times were expiring and the
Biblical Times were about to start, I am not sure that we can afford to delay and to wait with this topic. The
story of the mentioned Guru and Rishi is very important to understand many other things. Indeed, that is the
reason that the best time for exposing the mentioned important historical figure of the Vedic Times is just …
right now.

Fortunately, the form of essay that I have chosen to expose my ideas and revelations is flexible enough for
jumping up and down, and back and forth, in the never-ending loop. Indeed, as I have mentioned already
before, this is all interconnected, because this is referring to the Vedic Astrology-Jyotish and the Vedic Science.
After all, we are already habituated to follow stories in parallel, to go in opposite directions as well, diagonally
and diametrically opposite, to be retrograde and retrospective when necessary, and who knows what else …
The Time Machine we use can take us to any specific time interval and any significant point instantly. Indeed,
the Time Machine we use is very universal, and it can take us to any historical event at any moment. As we
know now, the Vedic Astrology-Jyotish and the Vedic Science, well, they are the basic source of knowledge
used for initiating this serial of essays where everything is merged, and what resulted in such astonishing
revelations. In fact, the figure I am talking about gave an immense contribution to the Vedic Astrology-Jyotish
development as well, and therefore he deserves his position, his status, his reputation, and appreciation, to be
clarified. Besides, I am sure that the Jyotish community will be very happy because finally some long-term
disputes will be dissolved.

2
Well, not to be too long, the great Vedic historical figure I am talking about is … Maharishi Jaimini. Many have
heard about him, but there are many controversies as well. As I declared myself as the … Natal Chart Hunter …,
just to say that the natal chart of Maharishi Jaimini is something I was hunting for so long. I tried many times,
and always was coming out from such research … disappointed. Recently I almost declared publically the quest
for this natal chart, but anyway, was thinking somehow; let it wait for some time. This is where yet another
search was launched, but due to the big frustration, I somehow skipped traditional barriers of the old
paradigm, and as it seems, exactly such an approach was a formula to be successful in this case. Bingo! It did
happen!

The photo was taken from the following link … https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaimini#/media/File:Vedas.svg

We know that Jaimini was a disciple of Veda Vyasa, and even though I did find the natal chart of his, of the
Veda Vyasa, there were a few very confusing elements in the entire story so I did not know where to search for
Maharishi Jaimini. Actually, it is rather complex. It is complex and complicated indeed.

We know that Sage Parashara was there, born in 3.228 B.C.E., whose focus was Vedic Astrology-Jyotish and
Sthapatyaveda predominately because, at that time, these two disciplines were fused and unified. Basically, at
that time, the Sthapatyaveda was part of the Vedic Astrology-Jyotish, and only later they divorced somehow.

3

Done by the use of Jagannatha Hora freeware software, Version 8.0.

We know that Sage Parashara fathered Veda Vyasa who was born in 3.179 B.C.E., and immediately afterward
he, the Sage Parashara himself, disappeared from the scene, and he reappeared just very quickly as another
incarnation of God Vishnu, he appeared as … Lord Krishna himself.

Here we need to stop for the moment and reconsider the natal chart of the Sage Veda Vyasa. I do not know
how that did happen, but a small mistake was exposed along with a previous version of the natal chart of Veda
Vyasa. Now, as I was rechecking that point, all of sudden I’ve noticed there is a mistake done. The corrected
birth time is … October 25, 3.179 B.C.E. at 7.52 AM LMT … This is about one month later than previously
mentioned September 27. The place of birth is just an approximation. It should be somewhere around ancient
rivers Yamuna and Sarasvati within the Vedic Civilization. The mistake was done due to several reasons, but the
main one is that the research itself was in its early stage, and many details were still unknown. Concerning the
Saptarishi Vasishta incarnations, it should always be Capricorn ascendant with the Mars exalted in the first
house. Rahu should be in the Sagittarius in the twelfth. In most cases, the Moon is in the Magha Nakshatra in
the eighth house. Nevertheless, one should be aware that Mangal stays about two months in one sign, but due
to retrograde motion sometimes even longer. This is to say, we need to check all options of Moon in the Magha
Nakshatra while Mars is exalted in the first and Rahu posited in the twelfth. Sometimes this option can come
twice, but sometimes even multiple times. Of course, it should always be Aries-Mesha Navamsa ascendant
adjusted. We see that Atmakaraka Mercury falls into the ninth of the Navamsa, and this is exactly the case with
almost all natal charts of Saptarishi Vasishta. This is how we come to the mentioned date of October 25, 3.179
B.C.E. Actually, it is so good that this topic was reopened so that mentioned mistake could have been
eliminated. Sage Veda Vyasa is so very important that it can serve as the pillar for deciphering Vedic History. He
was the one who divided Vedas into four branches because the descending cycle of time was asking for that.

The natal chart of Veda Vyasa is so very important indeed.

4

Therefore, Veda Vyasa was older than Krishna who was born in 3.162 B.C.E. Of course, here we need to expose
the natal chart of Krishna himself, which is correct by the way, and no need for any intervention. As we know
already, he was born on February 26, 3.162 B.C.E. at 11.22 AM LMT. Mathura was the place of his birth, and
this is the same Mathura that we have in India even today.

Then, as we consider that Jaimini was a disciple of Veda Vyasa, where to put him, in which time frame? Where
to place Maharishi Jaimini on the History Timeline?

According to everything that we know, Jaimini was a great Rishi, and he must be traceable somehow as well.
Fine, but where to put him? Additional confusion was done by listening to the Jyotish community about the
6
point who is who in the history of Jyotish, whose knowledge to follow, and whose knowledge not to follow.
Many are ready to prize Parashara, and due to that, what they say, that would automatically mean Jaimini
Astrology is not to be taken into account. I am not going to enter such a discussion right now. I’ve just
mentioned that because it gives a good picture of the point that a big wrangle was developed regarding this
question. Then, at some moment another idea stroke me. What if …? What if we consider that Jaimini was also
the Lord Vishnu's incarnation? What if he is just another Vishnu incarnation? After all, Vishnu has come so
many times as great a guru or rishi, right? Fine, this can be good as an idea, but then again, where to put him
on the History Timeline? In such a case, that fact would automatically implicate that Lord Krishna and
Maharishi Jaimini CAN NOT be on Earth at the same time. They only could have come just one after another.
Well, this is just yet another complication, because we know that Krishna lived a long life of about 120-130
years.

Now, if we assume that Jaimini came after Krishna, which is quite possible actually, and if we keep to the fact
that Jaimini was a disciple of Veda Vyasa, all that automatically drive out the conclusion that Veda Vyasa did
live a very long life of over two hundred years. Imagine, over two hundred years!!! Remember, Veda Vyasa was
about 17 years older than Krishna, and now he is supposed to be the Guru of the Jaimini who was born after
Krishna departed!? That is a lot indeed, and for some time I was thinking this is not possible. You see how easy
we are trapped and confused with the thinking of the all paradigm, about what is possible and what is not
possible. Recently I received one reaction that my writings are more like … Science Fiction. Well, the only thing I
could answer is that such divisions on Science and Science Fiction belong to the old paradigm that expired
some time ago. There is no anymore such paradigm existing. The new Paradigm that we belong to right now,
would define everything in terms of … ALL POSSIBILITIES. We belong to … the Field of All Possibilities … where
everything is possible, what automatically means nothing is impossible. I mentioned that reaction not to
criticize the friend of mine who made such commentary, but just to say that as long I was thinking the same
way in terms of the old paradigm, I could not find the solution of Jaimini’s natal chart. It occurred only when
due to the frustration, I went out from the boundaries of the old paradigm, and when I allowed this very
particular option to exist, that Veda Vyasa lived over two hundred years. By the way, many thanks to a friend
for the comment. It was very constructive actually.

Fine, but where to search for Jaimini in this case, in case he is a Vishnu incarnation? It took some time to
understand that what I was doing so many times before, it is about to be done once again. It is necessary to
apply all points learned so far by making all other natal charts of Vishnu incarnations. If we are searching for
any Vishnu incarnation, and if there is an option that there was a known previous incarnation of Vishnu, just
the same as Krishna was, then we need to find out carefully the possible point of departure of that previous
one figure. Well, I cannot see that from Krishna’s natal chart, but if we do lean to the exposed fact of 130 years
of lifespan of Krishna, as it is mentioned in some texts, that would automatically implicate we need to search
from about 3.030 B.C.E., and we need to go forward for maximally 30 years. By empirical observations, it is
exactly 30 years of gap possible between two follow-up incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Between ten and thirty
years of gap, to be more precise. That is such a precious observation indeed. Therefore, for safety reasons, let
us cover the period from 3.035 B.C.E. until 2.995 B.C.E.

Fine, this is it. This is the time frame, but now there is another question. The question is what are we going to
search? Which particular combination in the natal chart can we expect? There are certain rules for casting natal
charts of Vishnu incarnations, but they differ from time to time, and from case to case. It all depends on
whether we are talking about the charismatic king, guru, rishi, scientist, or perhaps something else. In many
cases, for example, Guru-Rishi came with exalted Jupiter in the first house. We should also consider the Jupiter-
Saturn conjunction, which is almost the main point in all incarnations. Then, for Guru-Rishi, we do not expect
the Surya-Sun to be exalted in the tenth house; it would rather be in the twelfth house. These are just some
basic ideas. Then, as the research had been launched, it just did happen so innocently. It was there all the time,
but I did not see it. Maharishi Jaimini was born on April 12, 3.003 B.C.E. at 6.55 AM LMT. Place of birth is an
approximation. I took coordinates of the city in today’s India, which location was possibly included in the
Sarasvati River Civilization. This location is just for the basic orientation. Along with my best efforts, could not
find any clue about the real birthplace of Maharishi Jaimini.

7
I am not going to make any comment on this natal chart right now. We leave that for some other time. Though
need to say that this natal chart definitely will have some very deep implications in many fields including the
story of God Vishnu's incarnations. Nevertheless, we leave that for some other time. Perhaps somebody would
do that before me. That would be very welcome actually. Jyotish experts of a different kind are writing so many
books today. This is good, no doubt about that. Jyotish is becoming so incredibly popular. Nevertheless, why
would not they take such one natal chart and make a book on it? Knowing the facts about such great Gurus and
8
Rishis can help not only that we put Vedic Knowledge and Vedic Literature in the proper historical and
chronological frame, but also to understand better their teachings. Jaimini authored many texts, like … Pūrva-
Mīmānsā or Karma-Mīmānsā …, for example, and the … Sama Veda … was his true domain. However, he also
gave a great contribution to the Vedic Astrology-Jyotish.

Anyhow, this point asks for a few additional words. Now it is confirmed that Maharishi Jaimini definitely is Lord
Vishnu's incarnation, just the same as the Sage Parashara was. Then, do we need to distinguish these two
approaches of Vedic Astrology-Jyotish? Of course not! They are both equally important. The field of Vedic
Astrology-Jyotish is so vast that even the great Sage Parashara did not have enough time to cover everything.
After all, Parashara did not live a long life, just about 49-50 years. There was a clarion call for him to depart, but
to come back quickly as Krishna. Parashara simply did not have enough time to cover all Vedic Astrology-Jyotish
and Sthapatyaveda. That is the reason he just continued this job when he came as Maharishi Jaimini. Therefore,
these two branches of Jyotish do not exclude each other. In fact, they are complementary and they do
supplement each other. This is so very important conclusion after seeing the situation with the natal chart of
Maharishi Jaimini.

Another obvious conclusion is that Veda Vyasa really did live more than two hundred years. Actually, there is
nothing strange in this conclusion. Even today, for some saints in our present time or recent history, we say
that they live or have lived for about 150 years, and some even more than 200 years. Most probably he was
there around when Jaimini was about 30 years of age, what is to say that Veda Vyasa lived perhaps even until
2.970 B.C.E.

There is yet another very important conclusion. It is concerning the Guru Purnima itself. As I already have
mentioned in my previous essay, the basic motive behind Guru Purnima is to gratitude Veda Vyasa for the
immense knowledge he gave out. His disciples asked how to thank him and how to honor him. He replayed that
they can choose one day in the year to be especially dedicated to honoring Sri Guru. They chose the Full Moon
when the Moon-Chandra is the fullest, and this is in the month of … Ashādhā … of the lunisolar Vedic calendar,
which covers June and July in the Gregorian calendar. Now we see that Maharishi Jaimini was one of those
disciples. Just to make it clear, Jaimini was one of the four main disciples of Veda Vyasa. Therefore, no doubt
that Jaimini took part in establishing the Guru Purnima as it is today. Well, as we can observe, this tradition
goes for five thousand years. It is here basically to be a memorial on Veda Vyasa, but at the same time, it is
denoting the day of all Teachers, Gurus, Rishis, and Maharishis in the entire world.

This is to say, we definitely need to abandon the thinking that Guru Purnima was chosen because Sage Veda
Vyasa was born on the Full Moon, on some very specific date along with the Ashādhā lunar month. This is
simply not true. Sage Veda Vyasa was born in October according to the Gregorian calendar, in the lunar month
of … Pushya … according to the Vedic calendar, but not on the Full Moon. It was … Krishna Chaturthi … when
Sage Veda Vyasa was born. It was the fourth day of the Pushya lunar month.

It was worthy indeed to recapitulate all these facts because one very extraordinary natal chart was discovered.
Besides, one mistake was found as well, but luckily, that was corrected now, and we can sail and surf further on
safely with the help of … the beautiful Vedic Astrology-Jyotish, by the assistance of … nine mighty Graha-
Devatas, and by the silent support of … the Great Jyotir Vidya Goddess.

Then, to conclude this essay, what else I can say … then … Happy Guru Purnima!
