PART 5. SALES CLAUSES

1. Containers needed for transportation: One 40’HQ container needed.
2. Payment Term: 30% T/T as advance payment, 70% to be paid by T/T before
goods leave exporter’s factory.

3. Production Period: 25 working days.

4. Packing: Before delivery, the equipment is treated for anti-corrosion. Small parts
and electric motor will be put into wooden cases; while the large parts are wrapped
by plastic sheet.

5. Warranty: The guarantee period is one year, excluding tear and wear parts.

6. Installation and commissioning: Operation manual and foundation drawing

provided after advance payment. If necessary, the seller shall send one or two
technicians to direct installation, commissioning, trial-run, and training local
workers. Board and lodging, return tickets, safety of technician are born by the
buyer. Besides, USD40 per day per technician. If buyer installs the equipment
himself, he will be responsible for any problem caused by improper installation.

7. Validity: The quotation is valid for one month.
