Materials & Tools: Sc2tog 2 times means to decrease 2
times over the next 4sc;
Crochet hook: 2.75mm (US size C)
Inc 5 times means increase in each of
Sewing needle
next 5 stitches.
Beige color yarn: approx. 240m (262 yds)
When you see brackets, work everything in
Brown color yarn: approx. 73m (80 yds)
them as a set.
White color yarn: approx. 70m (77 yds)
Example:
Blue color yarn: approx. 5m (5.5 yds)
(5sc, sc2tog) 2 times, means repeat
Black color yarn : approx. 6m (6.6 yds)
everything in the brackets 2 times.
Green yarn for scarf: approx. 30m (33 yds)
Each step is separated by a comma.
Stuffing
Pattern can be made with sport or worsted weight I recommend using invisible decrease.

Instuction how to make popcorn
stitch (Pic.8-9):
1. Work 5 double crochet (dc) stitches

in the same stitch.
2. Drop the loop from your hook.
3. Insert your hook from front to back 9
under the top 2 loops of the first
double crochet of the group.
4. Grab the dropped loop with your
hook and pull it through the stitch.

Finish and crochet opposite sides together (Pic.10). 10
Do not stuff.
Leave long end to sew upper lip onto the head.
Lower lip (make1)

Mouth (make 1):
Black color yarn: ch2
White color yarn: ch2 Rnd. 1: 6sc in 2nd ch from hook; 6sts
Rnd. 1: 6sc in 2nd ch from hook; 6sts Finish and leave the end to sew black part of eyes
Rnd. 2: inc in each sc; 12sts to the blue one. Make two black color eye parts.
Sew black part of the eye to the blue one and
embroider the middle of black part with white yarn
(Pic.14).
Rnd. 7: (5sc, inc) 6 times; 42sts 12
Finish and leave long end to sew mouth onto the 13
head. Stuff the mouth (Pic.12).
Eyes :
White color yarn: ch2

Rnd. 2: (2sc, 3sc in next st) 2 times; 10sts
Rnd. 3: (2sc, inc 3 times) 2 times; 16sts 14
Finish and leave long end to sew eyes onto the
head. Make one eye (Pic.13).
Blue color yarn: ch2

Rnd. 2: (2sc, 3sc in next st) 2 times; 10sts
Finish and leave the end to sew blue part of eyes to
the white one. Make two blue color eye parts.

Eyelid (make 1):

Rnd. 1: 1sc in 2nd ch from hook, 25sc, 3sc in last
st, working across opposite side Brown color yarn:
25sc, 2sc in last st; 56sts
Finish and leave long end to sew eyelid onto the
eyes (Pic.15).
FINISHING DETAILS
1. Stuff eye piece and sew it onto the head. 3. Sew blue eye parts to the white one.
2. Separate eyes by sewing black color yarn in 4. With black yarn embroider areas around blue

5. Sew eyelid to the head. 8. Sew lips to the head.
6. Sew ears to the head. 9. Sew lips together from both sides (about 1
inch/2.5cm).
7. Sew mouth to the head. 10. With thin black color thread embroider teeth
(if you prefer, mark teeth with a textile marker
before embroidering).

11. Sew head to the body. 14. Make hair on the head:
Cut several 6 inch (15cm) yarn strands in
different colors.
12. Sew arms to the body.

Insert crochet hook into the hole. Fold yarns in
half and start pulling them through the hole as
pictured.
13. Sew legs to the body.

Pull yarns over the hook and pull them through
the loop so you can attach them.

15. Tail:
Cut several 20 inch (51cm) long yarn. Attach
them the same as hair. Divide thread into
three parts and braid them. Make a knot at the
end of the tail.
Repeat 11 times on the back of the head.
16. Scarf:
Knit a scarf in K2, P2. Size: 1.2-1.6 inch (3-
4cm) wide, 18 inch (45cm) long.
