The Government of Nepal (GoN) is executing Earthquake Housing Reconstruction Project
(EHRP Loan no 5706) with the assistance from World Bank. The project development
objective is to support the restoration of affected houses in target areas and aims to
enhance the Government of Nepal’s ability to improve long-term disaster resilience.
EHRP will be implemented by a Project Management Unit (PMU) at the National
Reconstruction Authority (NRA), and by Project Implementation Units (PIUs) at the
national and district levels in the Department of Urban Development and Building
Construction (DUDBC) under the Ministry of Urban Development (MOUD) and the
Department of Local Infrastructure Development and Agricultural Roads (DoLIDAR) under the
Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development (MoFALD).
NRA PMU now invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested and qualified individual
applicants for the Following Individual Consultants to help the PMU for implementation
of project activities of EHRP. The details of the Terms of References (TORs) can be obtained
from the website: www.nra.gov.np.

Interested eligible individuals are requested to submit their CV along with supporting

office hours of June 9, 2017. If the application deadline falls on a government holiday, the
deadline shall be extended automatically to the next working day. The sealed envelope
