ORDINANCE NO. 2451
ADOPTED ORDINANCE SUMMARY
Summary: Amend Chapter 32, Article V, Division 7 of the
Municipal Code (Regulation of Cannabis Businesses). The

a conviction if an applicant is denied a permit, or a
permittee has his or her permit suspended or revoked,
based on a conviction and seeks an appeal of the
denial/suspension/revocation. In addition to these changes,
other minor cleanup changes were made.
