PR Service untuk Repair and Repainting Wall Fumira APU-2

1. Scope of Works for Contractor :

Service Repainting wall of fumira APU-2:
 Repainting wall of fumira West ,east & north side( for actual data refer to APU-2 civil Drawing
and Plan visit)
 Repainting ducting exhaust fan ( refer to plan visit )
 Repainting Big door and small door ( refer to plan visit)
 Have Expertise in the field of painting , not to be in subcontractor
 Provide Man power , Organization ( Project Leader, Safety Officer, Welder, Fitter, Painter,
Scaffolder , Rigger and QA/QC Works)
 Provide Scaffolding & lifting equipment ( material & Valid certified manpower)
 Provide painting material ( Primer Coat & Top Coat brand chugoku painting specification
attached )
 Provide Tools & consumable tools for painting works ( compressor, spray gun, roller,paint
brush,paper brush, etc)
 Provide tools & consumable tools for surface preparation ( power and hand tools cleaning
SSPC-SP-2, SP-3)
 Provide PPE standard and PPE for painting works ( gloves, paint mask, body harness double
lanyard)
 Provide procedure for painting,Scafolding,lifting equipment,and QA/QC works.
 Provide thickness test for painting : Primer coat : 70 Micron X 1 Coat , Finish Coat: 35 Micron X
2 Coat
 Provide storage , tool box, and office
 Provide planning and report progress every week, and completion document report
 The works shall be priced in lump sum basis
 Provide Guaranty for material 12 months and work 6 month
 House Keeping , Waste Pail of Paint Category B3 ( the Company should be have permit from
government for waste Management/ handling )
 Do punchlist action and inspection finding

Service Repair Work APU-2:

 Remove cover ducting vent to atm
 replace transparent window ( refer to plan visit)
 Replace Fumira roof at additive storage ( refer to plan visit)
 Replace all broken fumira wall ( refer to plan visit)
 Replace all broken flashing window,flashing Z/ lip wall ( refer to plan visit)
 Provide tools and consumable tool for repair works ( welding machine, grinding machine, Etc)
 Provide material for repair/ replace works ( Transparent window, fumira roof, fumira
wall,flashing Z / lip wall, flashing window, the quantity of material as per plan visit)
 Provide PPE standard for repair works
 Provide procedure for repair works

Mengganti clem PVC, qty mengikuti eksisting.

2. North Side, outside additive building

Painting Fumira wall,2 Big door,
Mengganti 2 sheet dinding fumira , sesuai yg di marking di lapangan
Mengganti 1 set jendela , sesuai yg di marking di lapangan
Kanopi ,
Mengganti atap kanopi keseluruhan, materialnya Fumira Roof 0,65mm

3. Inside additive room

Mengganti 5 sheet fumira roof yg rusak

4. Genset Building
Painting Fumira wall yg didalam genset building
Painting fumira roof genset building
Pinting Small door,

5. West side
Painting Fumira wall,Big door
Mengganti fumira wall yg rusak, sesuai yg demarking, Material nya Fumira wall 0,65 mm, Qty:
minimum 8 sheet
Memasang Lip Chanel yg menempel di dinding.
Melepas ducting vent

6. 2nd Floor
Mengganti flashing untuk 2 jendela
Mengganti fumira wall yg rusak, sesuai yg demarking, Material nya Fumira wall 0,65 mm, Qty:
minimum 8 sheet
Painting flashing top yg berada di area lantai 2 sebelah timur

7. 4th floor

Total material need for replace:

Fumira wall : minimum 18 sheet
Fumira Roof: minimum 5 sheet for additive roof
Canopy: amount needed for roof is based on plan visit
