Bearing this in mind, I undertake: 1, That I shall maintain strict confidentiality and not divulge or appropriate to use of self ot pass any information, knowledge, comments, opinions, views, etc., which may come into my possession during / after my service with the Company, connected with the business of the ‘Company to any outside person, Company, Agency or through print or electronic media including but not limited to internet without the prior written consent of the Management. 2. I shall not, at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person, firm or comporation, in any manner whatsoever, any information conceming any matters affecting or relating to the business of MSIL including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any of its customers, the prices it obtains or has obtained from the sale of, or at which it sells or has sold, its products, or any other information concerning the business of MSIL, its manner of operation, its plans, processes oor other data without regard to whether all of the foregoing matters will be deemed confidential, material, or important and gravely affect the effective and successful conduct of the business of MSIL, and MSIL’s good will. 3. MSIL shall be entitled to the sole benefit, right, title, interest and exclusive ownership of any inventions or improvements in plant, machinery, products, processes, methods of business operations, etc that may be made or discovered by me while in the service of MSIL. I shall also observe and perform and do all necessary to secure to MSIL, to such invention and improvements incuding patents in foreign countries. 4.
