 Organizational project sponsor is responsible for realizing the


goal of the project
 Organizational portfolio manager is responsible for strategic
goals towards initiating & coordinating various activities involved
in project
 Organizational program manager is responsible for checking
company’s competencies
 Organizational senior supplier/user is responsible for any type of
content in the change adopted

 The project manager in project team plays a vital role
towards the achievement of sustainability in the whole
project execution phase

 The project designer, architect or technologist in project


team looks after the specifications of products/services,
& processes

 The construction/realization manager in project team is


responsible for realizing the organizational changes

 Project user should also utilize project deliverables.

 Project manager should view for a more sustainable


project, project results & therefore a changing society &
organization.

It is the most widely used standards. This standard breaks all the
competences into 46 category as follows-
