Some people are of the opinion that it is very difficult for them to make changes in their lives because

their
lives, at that time, may even get worse. Therefore, they are opposed to change the way they are living, which
causes a lot of problems.

Firsly, in our life's today, there are so many things which day by day become moderner and moderner. A case
in point is that in the past, people just sent letters by surface mail that took a lot of time for others to receive.
However, nowadays, most of people use email instead because of its speed and convenience. If people want
to keep the old way of sending mail, they might lose some important opportunities. It means that they will
become backward and even be forgotten some days.

Secondly, if people are stubborn and then dont adapt quickly to new technology, they cannot improve
themselves. In addition, not only the quality of life but also their own job might deteriorate. The main reason is
that people cannot catch up with the development speed of life, which changes everyday, while they just like to
stand at the same place, the same position.

With the hope of solving the problem above, some solutions are indicated to make the lives better. First of all, it
is important that people should accept the changes and do not keep rigid attitudes. Moreover, before adapting
to new ways, people should spend time on investigating if this change will have a good or bad impact. A further
step is that if people feel difficult to change, they can change a little bit first and still remain the old thing which
can be sound foundations.

In conclusion, life always changes, people have to keep learning from others and improve ourselves. Do not be
too hidebound with the changes because this might prevents you on the way to reach at success.

Many people always keep themselves update with changes in this industrial life, whereas others
merely refuse to make any changes in their life. This increasing tendency can lead to negative consequences,
therefore some solutions have to put forward to solve this problem.

As people prevent themselves from making changes, they erect invisible barrier which bars them from
assimilating to modern life. Nowadays, the development of technology and access can maximize the efficiency
at work providing that employees accept to adjust to continuous changes. For example, it's no need to use
paper-based files and calendars to keep track of information and to-do list because of web-based project
management. Unless employees accelerate to change, they are easily able to replace by anybody more
ambitious and eager-to-learn. On the other hand, resistance to changes is one of the reasons causing conflict
between people who want to do their jobs in old way and ones require more transformational. On condition that
two groups of people work together on a team or in an organization, various tasks are hardly done.

There are several actions that everybody could take overcome resistance to change. Firstly, people
need to have motivation and courage to jump out of their comfort zones. There is inherently the fear of
unknown elements if somebody makes large-scale changes in their life. However, it had better to utilize this
fear as force to compel us to action. Second solution is possibly comes from social factors. In some case, a
genuine and passionate desire to contribute and make a difference in life can be another form of social
motivation, especially when you are surrounding by innovative people inspiring you to make changes all the
time.
