production of marijuana occurs and that is operated by a person to whom the Connecticut

Department of Consumer Protection has issued a producer license under section 10 of "An
Act Concerning the Palliative Use of Marijuana and whose purpose is to cultivate
marijuana for palliative use, selling, delivering, transporting or distributing such
marijuana only to licensed dispensaries under sections 1 to 15, inclusive of the Act.

i. No licensed medical marijuana production facility shall be permitted to be located
closer than 300 feet measured from the closest point of the building housing the use
to closest point, in a straight line, from a property boundary of any public or private
school or an established place of worship.
ii. Any proposed production facility shall meet all criteria as established by any
applicable Connecticut General Statute or any applicable regulation of the
Department of Consumer Protection pertaining to such facilities.
iii. Any production facility which is permitted under this Section or any Section of the
Connecticut General Statutes existing at the time of approval may not be permitted
to produce marijuana for recreational purposes, regardless of any revision to the
Proposed Amendments to the Ansonia Zoning Regulations

Connecticut General Statutes permitting such use without first seeking and
obtaining a special permit from the Commission for such change of use.
