JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

RE: ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

We, ATTING E. AHADAIN and BARLEI J. ADJURAN, both of legal ages, Filipinos,
married, respectively and both are residents of Kiput, Pata, Jolo, Sulu, after having been sworn
in accordance with the law hereby depose and state that;

1. We personally know IBRAHIM K. SANDIGAL, who is our Town mate and

acquaintance at Kiput, Pata, Jolo, Sulu, and the fact of his birth is registered at the
Local Civil Registrar of Pata, Jolo, Sulu;

2. We declare and certify that he was born in the town of Kiput, Pata, Jolo, Sulu,
Philippines, on the 7th day of January, in the year 1960, as appearing in his Voter's
Identification Card;

3. In his other Identification Card his date of birth reflects to be on March 10, 1954 and
July 1, 1957, but his true and correct date of birth is on January 7,1960;

4. We know for a fact that the person by the name of IBRAHIM K. SANDIGAL whose
date of birth appears to be different as above stated refer to one and the same
person;

5. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the fourth civil
degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in
this matter whatsoever; and

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statement and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 26th day of July 2018 at
