KPMG’s Delivery Centre Vietnam (KDCV) supports our Audit and Tax practice and clients in
various compliance matters.
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager / Manager to join us in our Paragon office, to
work in a specialized bookkeeping role and support the centralization of our Audit processes.
Through our established standardize procedures and training, the KDCV will give you

engagement management skills as you help our client service teams and our clients
manage their bookkeeping and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
Supporting a Director and a Partner, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team
working on the day to day accounting function of a wide range of clients as well as assisting
with the production of year-end financial accounts. Work will typically be completed as
part of a small team and the candidate will be required to work closely with the client’s
staff in order to ensure transactions are recorded accurately. The candidate will have
opportunities to mentor junior members of staff joining the team and will be responsible for
the management of individual client outsourcing engagements, the day to day relationship
with the client’s staff and for reporting to senior management in the firm with regard to the
progress of the team’s work.
The candidate will also support the centralization of our Audit processes, including our
confirmation processes. This will include taking an active role in how these processes are to
be centralized, training and overseeing interns undertaking the confirmation work, reviewing
the work undertaken and contributing to the continuous improvement of in-house systems
and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance
• Six to eight years relevant experience in either external and/or internal accounting
function for a senior consultant and one to two years relevant experience for consultant.
Background in Audit will be a plus.

Tax Compliance Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
• Support Senior Managers/Managers on the execution of tax compliance engagement

IT Advisory Senior - Information Risk Management Team
As part of IT Advisory in Risk Consulting, Information Risk Management (IRM) provides
assurance and advisory services to assist clients in identifying risks and establishing appropriate
controls and security measures arising from the use of information systems and technology.

• Working as part of the IT Advisory team to provide IT Advisory related services, including
IT Project Management,
• Business System Control services; Information System Governance & Performance
Services; IT Internal Audit, Data and Analytic, Regulatory and Contract compliance.
Requirements:
• Experience in the Information Risk Management related areas will be an added
advantage;
• Familiar with a variety of the information Risk Management concepts, practices and
procedures;
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of business processes of accounting, sales,
distribution manufacturing and banking functions;
• A good team player, proactive with service oriented mindset;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;

Responsibilities
• Leading and managing the local team in advising multinational clients on all legal aspects
related to their business and investment
• Collaborating with multinational teams to help clients construct effective corporate
structures and develop cross-border solutions to operate effectively and profitably across
jurisdictions
• Working with multidisciplinary teams in identifying and delivering effective corporate
structure advice and solutions to clients
• Delivering specialized insights, advice and opinion to clients in all areas
• Supporting the legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring,
negotiating and contracting
• Advising clients on critical compliance mechanisms to help them build and maintain
effective internal controls
• Guiding clients through dispute resolution, including advice and representation, from
negotiation and arbitration to defense and appeal processes
Requirements:
• Admitted lawyer (Vietnam and/or foreign jurisdiction)
• Post-graduate education in law and related fields is an advantage
• At least 08 years of legal practicing at reputable international law firms
• English fluency (native speaker or overseas trained)
