regarding the property of Edison Esteban, which was sold to Spouses Frederick and Jane
Mangaliman.

a. Deed of absolute sale;
b. Affidavit of Seller concerning the aggregate landholding and affidavit of non
tenancy;
c. Affidavit of buyer concerning aggregate landholding;
d. Electronic copy of TCT Nos. T-35432, T-35433 and T-35433;
e. Certified copy of Tax Declaration for TCT Nos. T-35432, T-35433 and T-35433;
f. BARC Certification;
g. Vicinity Map;
h. Provincial and City Assessors’ Certification on Aggregate landholdings;
