Narrative for Contractor did not expound on the different "Risk Category" of the
1 Programme of Works Project. Contractor to include in the narrative.

Activity SKB-KM-1000 "Project Commencement Date" already has a

progress, this shall be removed. Also, it has a Start Constraint. Instead

Tab under Project directory. This comment has not been complied

No constraints allowed in the Baseline Programme. Contractor to

remove any constraints. Constraints found on activity "Project
Commencement Date". This comment has not been complied with.
Contractor did not removed the single constraint, instead it added as
Late as Possible constraint and now the Programme has 103 number of
contraints. This is not acceptable.

Extensive usage of lags is still observed in the schedule. To minimize as

There are still invalid relationships shown on the "Schedule Log

5 Invalid Relationship Report". Contractor to check and rectify.
