Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, regarding your Daily Report submitted on 16-Nov-2017
thru d that the number of manpower reported is not matching with the actual manpower who
are on Site (as an example, Chief Draughtsman on Daily Report is two (2), while actual is only
one (1).

Accordingly, Contractor to amend the submitted Daily Report to reflect actual manpower on
Site and submit an accurate number of manpower on future reports.
