PURPOSE:

The above documentary exhibits are being offered to prove that the
accused is not in Sampaloc, Manila on February 5, 2018.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

of this Honorable Court that the above documentary evidences for the
accused be admitted, and to form part of the testimony of the witnesses for
the accused.

After the admission of the above documentary evidences, accused

rests his case.

Other relief and remedies as may be deemed just and equitable under
the premises are likewise prayed for.
