CU   Coronet,   a   student’s   representaGves   group   of   Chulalongkorn   University,   has   been  

in  the  process  of  preparing  the  next  generaGon  to  work  as  student  representaGves  in  various  
university  events.  The  training  course  includes  personality  development  session,  which  is  to  
be  held  on  7th  February  2017.  

For   such   purpose,   as   a   member   of   CU   Coronet,   I   would   like   to   request   a   room   at  

building   2   of   ISE   with   a   stage,   slope   seaGng   and   capacity   of   approximately   25   people.   We  
also   would   like   to   request   the   use   of   microphones,   computer,   and   projector.   The   event   is  
going  to  be  held  on  Friday  7th  February  2017  from  4.30  pm  –  9.00  pm.

ISE   sophomore   student   commi^ee,   a   group   of   students   who   are   keen   of   acGviGes   to  
kindly   welcome   the   new   freshmen,   has   been   in   process   of   preparing   for   ISE   first   meet  
acGvity.     This   acGvity   is   a   great   opportunity   for   the   sophomores   and   freshmen   to   know   each  
other  in  order  to  enhance  the  learning  atmosphere  in  InternaGonal  School  of  Engineering.    
The  aforemenGoned  event  will  be  held  on  2nd  August,  2018.    Besides,  on  the  25th  and  30th  
of  July,  a  rehearsal  and  run-­‐through  of  this  event  will  be  held.  

For  such  purpose,  as  a  member  of  ISE  sophomore  student  commi^ee,  I  would  like  to  
request  for  the  use  of  rooms  in  Building  2,  which  includes  room  303/1,  303/2,  304/1,  304/2,  
and  305.    We  also  would  like  to  request  the  use  of  microphones,  computer,  and  projector.  
The  event  is  going  to  be  held  on  Thursday  2nd  August,  2018  from  7.00  am  —  5.30  pm.    For  
the     rehearsal   and   run-­‐through,   the   event   are   going   to   be   held   on   Wednesday   25th   and  
Monday  30th  July,  2018  both  days  from  9.00  am  —  4.00  pm.

  เนื่องด้วยนิสิตวิศวกรรม  สำนักบริหารหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมนานาชาติ  ได้จัด

กิจกรรม  ISE  First  Meet  โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะช่วยเสริมสร้างความพันธ์อันดีระหว่าง

นิสิตปัจจุบันและนิสิตใหม่ที่กำลังจะเข้าศึกษาต่อในปีการศึกษา  2561  

  ในการนี้  ทางสำนักฯ  ใคร่ขอความอนุเคราะห์ในการใช้สถานที่  บริเวณลานเกียร์  

สนามบาสและลานใต้อาคารเจริญวิศวกรรม(ตึก4)  เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมดังกล่าวในวันที่  25,  

30  ก.ค.  2561  ในเวลา  9.00-­‐  16.00  น.  และ  2  ส.ค.  2561  เวลา  7.00-­‐  17.30  น.  โดย
