 The membrane is a high tensile strength, high
elongation, and flexibility.
 Recommended uses at under reinforced concrete
ground, basement slab, underground structure &
separation layer between insulation board and
waterproofing.
 On top of crusher run and below 50mm lean
concrete.
 The sizes is 0.25mm thk. x 1.8m wide x 50m length.

Proofex GPE Self Adhesives Bituminous
 Cold applied polymer modified bitumen waterproofing

sheet membrane.
 The waterproofing shall be a 1.6mm x 1m wide x
15m long roll.
 The membrane is consisting of polymer modified
bituminous compound and a polyethyelene surface
film. Reinforced with 100 g/m2 fibreglass layer,
tensile strength 4 MPa & hydrostatic pressure 5 bars.
 The polymer modified bitumen shall have an
elongation in excess of >600% (ASTM D412).

Proofex 12E Self Adhesives Bituminous
 Proofex 12E is a cold applied self-adhesives sheet

membrane comprising of polymer modified
bituminous layer and reinforced with polyester.
 Heavy duty self adhesive cross laminated bituminous
waterproofing membrane and have an elongation in
excess of >800% (ASTM D412).
 The waterproofing shall be a 2.0mm x 1m wide x
15m long roll.
 The polymer bitumen adhesive layer is protected on
the underside by a silicone release paper.

 An innovative waterproofing membrane to

overcome these limitations and greatly improve
the waterproofing integrity of below-ground
structures for their lifetime
 Proofex Engage is a unique cell mesh which

mechanically bond to fresh concrete and
become an integral part of the structural
concrete.
 It’s consisting of a blended polyethylene /

polypropylene membrane incorporating with a
cell mesh.
 It is installed rapidly with no need of blinding

concrete, priming or protection and can be
trafficked immediately after application.
 The size is 1.27m wide x 30m roll length

 Proofex Engage is mechanically bonded

to the structural concrete and remains in
place throughout the lifetime of the
structure
 Even in the unlikely event that it gets

damaged during application and
penetration occurs, or the soil retention
system settles, or the ground settles,
water WILL NOT TRACK between the
membrane and the concrete giving
Proofex Engage a very high level of
performance
“Non water-tracking”
 Proofex Engage can be laid directly on top of well compacted gravel base or
lean concrete
 Blinding concrete must be free from loose aggregates, may require to broadcast
damp sand
