Common Name: Alupidan (Hiligaynon)


Island or Province: Iloilo, Panay
Locality: Brgy. Sto Domingo, Arevalo, Iloilo City
Habitat: Growing along a residential road,
together with different types of grasses,
Biva orillana and Andropogon citratus;
is supported by a cement wall and
wooden fence and climbing towards
Mangifera indica and Cocos nucifera.
Notes: woody vine; woody rough stems, 1 to
2.5 cm in diameter; leaves, 3-5 leaflets;
elliptic-oblong leaflets, 5 to 12 cm long,
coarsely toothed, smooth and shining.
