Greetings!

I am writing to your good office to ask permission on my

request to transfer to another room.
I am currently using A-20. I would like to transfer to the
available room, A-8. This is because I would like to have a
windowed room so that it would be easier for me and my
students to bring out foul odors or bad smells. My current room,
other than having no windows, has cracks on the floor, has dirty
walls, accumulates dust and feels very cold compared to my
liking.
I hope that you will approve my request and understand me.
