How to Compute:
1. The Area Mean: Add all the
ratings divided by the number of
items
2. The Overall Mean: Multiply each
area mean by the respective
area weight. Add up these
products and divide the sum by
40, which is the total weight
value of the various areas.

Initial Documentary Requirements
1. Go to the PEAC website and look for the list of schools due
for Recertification Visit for School Year 2018-2019.
2. Submit two (2) sets of the initial documents to the PEAC NS
if your school is due for Recertification Visit.
3. Prepare the documents needed for the visit (please refer to
the CAI where documents needed are listed after every
area). Please ensure that the documents are:
properly labeled
arranged according to area
updated
all placed in the headquarters
