The temporary works erected at the above described location have been visually inspected and are in accordance with
the approved Temporary Works Design Drawings:

SSF-B03-01 rev0 and SSF-B03-02 rev0.

The executed work was conducted in accordance with the following Australian standards and documentation:

 ASNZS 1170.0-2002 Structural design actions - General principles.

 ASNZS 1170.1-2002 Structural design actions - Permanent and imposed actions.
 AS 3600-2009 Concrete structures.
 AS4100- 1998 Steel structures.
 AS3610 – 2010 Formwork for concrete.

1. ☐ Photos of rectification to be submitted PRIOR to further works for Sydney Engineering Designs approval.
2. ☐ Photos of rectification to be submitted for Sydney Engineering Designs records.
3. ☐ Follow up inspection required (Provide Details)
4. ☐ Confirmation the above items have been addressed. Photos for record required where applicable.

 Periodic inspection by Sydney Engineering Designs is intended to provide quality assurance, and is not to be regarded as full supervision of construction.
 Inspection by Sydney Engineering Designs does not relieve the builder of responsibility to comply with the drawings and specifications, nor of obligation to obtain approvals
from Authorities having jurisdiction over the works.
 If the above advice involves a variation to the contract, the builder shall obtain approval from the Contract Administrator prior to proceeding with the work, otherwise any claim
may not be accepted.
