Respected Sir,

I beg to say that it’s been more than fortnight I am suffering

from ‘’Facial Paralysis’’ that’s why from 25th June, 2018 up to that date I am
unable to appear in class. Sir before that I tried my best to complete all my
academic requirements in all previous semesters but unfortunately now I am
unable to appear to present presentations and give quizzes.

Sir i have humble request that please compensate me in this semester on the
basis of my previous performances as would be possible for you. I am trying my
best to rejoin classes as would be possible for me.To assure you about my
illness I have attached ‘’Doctor Prescription’’ with this application.
