Re-KYC Portal: Can be searched with Customer ID

*Re-KYC Portal is refreshed every quarter

*FlexCube: (i) Check the age of customer relationship on Landing Page of FC using Customer Id Search (ii) Check the Id,
Address, Photograph date for Individuals and Ext_Prf1-dat5, Ext_Prf1-dat6 for Non Individuals in CIM59 screen. Latest
date of the above two search options to be considered and difference between that latest date and today tells you the
ReKYC eligibility depending on the risk category.

 Ways to update Re KYC for Non Individual Customers

Irrespective of change in Demographics and Risk Category,

the Re-KYC Documents needs to be submitted at the Branch

However the frequency of the submission depends on the

risk category

Re-KYC form along with the entire set of KYC documents as

the way it is collected at the time of account opening needs
to be collected from the customers and forwarded to CPU
